At The Body Shop Australia, we want you to love your cruelty-free beauty products, but if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. Whether you bought your favorites online or in-store, we offer a straightforward process for refunds or exchanges on products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days from our Australian website or physical boutiques.

  Contact Support

  Reach out to our Customer Care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid shipping label if applicable.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your products, including the original packing slip or a note with your order details, to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any Australia Post location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
